Join me for a weekend of breathing, chanting, asana and soaking in the healing mineral waters of Wilbur. Strengthen your practice while relaxing and rejuvenating your body and mind. We’ll step back from our daily routines and retreat to this sacred land, home to healing waters that have been used for renewal for centuries.
Students will practice on Wilbur’s beautiful yoga deck, cradled in nature with the sounds of the breeze and the creek. The retreat begins Friday evening with a restorative class, followed by dinner. Saturday morning, after breakfast, we will begin with chanting and pranayama, followed by an active morning session. In the afternoon there will be time for bathing, hiking, massage and personal time. We will gather in the late afternoon for a restorative session followed by a delicious dinner. Sunday morning will follow a similar arc and the weekend ends after brunch. Students are welcome to stay on property until 5pm.
Wilbur Hot Springs offers private cabins with one queen bed for one or two people with a private bath; the unique Solar Lodge which accommodates 2 guests in each room with a shared bath; and one room in the old Hotel. Wilbur offers 4 camp sites where guests bring their own tent and sleeping gear.
The remarkable mineral baths, yoga deck, grounds and beautiful hiking and biking trails in the Nature Preserve are available to all guests.

SCHEDULE
FRIDAY: Arrival anytime after 3pm. 5:00pm - First yoga session followed by Dinner. SATURDAY: 8:15am - Breakfast 10:00am-12:30pm - Chanting and meditation followed by active yoga. 12:45pm - Lunch 5:00pm - 6:30pm - Restorative poses and yin yoga followed by Dinner. SUNDAY: 8:15am - Light Breakfast 10:00am - 11:45am - Chanting and meditation followed by active yoga. 12:00am - Brunch The retreat ends after Brunch but you are welcome to stay on the grounds until 5pm. |
